We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused administrator to support our HR and recruitment team with day-to-day coordination and paperwork. This is not a stepping-stone into a HR advisory role. It’s best suited to someone who enjoys hands-on admin work and takes pride in getting the details right. About the role You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, keeping our HR and Recruitment processes running efficiently and ensuring nothing is missed. Your days will involve a mix of coordination, documentation and system updates, supporting both recruitment and broader HR activities. This includes: Assisting with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, collation of candidate information and keeping both candidates and internal stakeholders updated throughout the recruitment process Assist with maintaining personnel files and HR databases in line with compliance and confidentiality requirements Provide support in drafting and preparing general HR correspondence and documentation Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration Handling general HR and Recruitment enquiries and directing queries appropriately and in a timely manner Assisting with reporting, data entry and compliance-related tasks It’s a role where consistency, organisation and attention to detail really matter. What we’re looking for Must have: Solid administrative experience (HR experience helpful but not essential) Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Confidence managing documents, data and systems Good communication skills and a helpful, responsive approach Ability to prioritise and stay organised across multiple tasks Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Nice to have: Exposure to HR or recruitment processes Experience using HR systems We are seeking someone who enjoys working in an admin-focused environment and takes satisfaction in coordinating processes and supporting the team’s day-to-day operation, rather than someone looking for a fast-track HR career path.
