The Role We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused professional to become the operational backbone of our advice practice. This role is central to delivering exceptional client experience and offers the opportunity to expand into paraplanning responsibilities for candidates with the interest and capability to do so, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys both client relationship management and the technical side of advice. You’ll work closely with our advisers to ensure clients are looked after seamlessly, advice is prepared accurately, and our compliance standards are never compromised. What you’ll be doing Acting as a primary contact for clients — managing enquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and care Coordinating client onboarding, review meetings, and ongoing service delivery Preparing and managing client documentation, applications, and implementation of advice Liaising with product providers, fund managers, and platforms on behalf of clients Maintaining accurate client records and workflow in XPLAN Supporting compliance processes — file notes, fixed term agreements, and audit readiness Assisting with research, modelling, and preparation of advice under adviser direction, as appropriate. What we’re looking for Essential Proven experience in a client service, client management, or advice support role within financial planning, wealth management, accounting, banking, lending, insurance, or other professional services environments Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with clients, advisers, and external stakeholders Strong organisational ability and attention to detail (critical) A genuine commitment to client outcomes and service excellence A team-oriented mindset and work approach, plus the ability to adapt to evolving regulatory and legislative requirements Ability to work autonomously with critical thinking attributes.
