The finance team supports a broad and busy organisation, providing day-to-day transactional support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier and customer queries, invoice workflows, reconciliations and general finance activity. This is a practical, hands-on environment where accuracy, communication and the ability to work well within a small team are important. Description Support day-to-day transactional finance activity across AP and AR Manage invoice workflows, including receipting, checking and follow-up Respond to supplier, customer and internal stakeholder queries Assist with customer invoices, credit notes and payment reminders Support reconciliations and general finance administration Accurately process and update information within finance systems Work closely with a small finance team to support leave cover Pick up internal processes quickly and provide hands-on support where needed Profile The successful candidate should have: Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer or transactional finance role Confident working across both accounts payable and accounts receivable Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial information Comfortable managing supplier, customer and internal stakeholder queries Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly Reliable, adaptable and happy to support where needed Strong communication skills and a practical, team-focused approach Available at short notice and comfortable with a short-term contract assignment Job Offer Hourly rate of $40.00 - $50.00, depending on experience.
