As Human Resources Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Manager, business leaders, and employees to drive best practice HR services. The role Warrina Homes is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee support while fostering a positive and values-driven workplace culture. As Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the full employee lifecycle across the site, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience, effective training coordination, and ongoing employee engagement. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and employment offers. Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience. Coordinate engaging onboarding and induction programs for new employees and volunteers. Facilitate and support training and development initiatives, including mandatory training and employee development programs. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance, confidentiality, and data integrity across HR systems. Provide timely HR advice and support to employees and managers on a range of people-related matters. Monitor training compliance requirements and coordinate employee learning activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, systems, and the employee experience. Train managers on recruitment processes and best practice hiring. Provide administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR functions. Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Warrina Homes’ mission and values. About you You are an organised, approachable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting and working with people. You will bring: A qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable). Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and other core HR activities. A genuine passion for people and a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience. Strong administrative and computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. Well-developed organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently, show initiative, and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment. Resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a professional and positive approach. A high level of integrity, accountability, and reliability. An understanding of, and commitment to, the Christian values and mission of Warrina Homes. Experience working in the Aged Care sector will be highly regarded.
