We have several exciting opportunities available across our: Employment team Property team Relief team These roles provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support to our Partners and lawyers, playing an integral role in the day-to-day operation of our legal practice. Whether supporting a single practice group or working across multiple teams, you'll enjoy a varied workload within a collaborative and supportive environment. About the roles As a Legal Assistant / Secretary, your responsibilities may include: Preparing, editing and formatting legal documents and correspondence Diary and email management Managing files and document records Billing, time entry and general administrative support Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements Assisting with the preparation of court documents and other legal documentation Providing high-quality administrative support to Partners and lawyers For our Relief team, providing support across a variety of commercial practice areas, including reception relief, meeting room coordination, event support and other administrative assistance as required About you We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. While previous legal assistant or legal secretary experience is highly regarded, it is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative experience gained in professional services, corporate environments or similar industries. The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Assistant (EA), Administration Officer, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator or similar administrative role Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Excel Experience using document management, billing or practice management systems (or the ability to quickly learn new systems) A positive attitude, strong initiative and a commitment to delivering exceptional support to colleagues and clients If you're looking to build your career in a supportive and collaborative legal environment, we'd love to hear from you.
