About the Opportunity Reporting directly to the Head of Pre-Market Regulatory Affairs, this role leads a specialist regulatory team responsible for managing a broad portfolio of non-therapeutic regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to oversee industrial chemicals, cosmetics, electrical and radiocommunications compliance, import/export permits, licensing activities and emerging regulatory requirements. You will provide leadership to a team of Regulatory Specialists, partner with internal stakeholders across the business and play a key role in driving compliance initiatives, process improvements and future team growth. Duties Lead and develop a specialist regulatory compliance team Provide regulatory guidance across a diverse product portfolio Manage licensing, registrations and compliance obligations Partner with internal stakeholders to support product launches and business initiatives Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance strategies Drive process improvement, risk management and continuous improvement projects Build relationships with regulatory authorities, suppliers and external partners Skills and Experience Experience with industrial chemicals, AICIS and/or cosmetics compliance Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments Leadership, coaching or people management experience Culture Supportive, collaborative and flexible environment with a strong focus on trust, development and continuous improvement.
