Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager Frenchs Forest, NSW $135,000 Super GMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility About the Opportunity This is a site leadership role within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility , responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure supporting tissue processing, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. As the HSE Manager , you will take ownership of the site's Work Health & Safety, environmental compliance, and facilities operations , ensuring full alignment with TGA, GMP, and WHS regulatory requirements . You will play a key role in maintaining site integrity, enabling production continuity, and supporting a highly regulated healthcare manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities GMP Facility & Site Operations Oversee maintenance and integrity of building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC Manage GMP-critical infrastructure including cleanrooms, environmental monitoring systems, and temperature-controlled storage Lead preventative maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations Coordinate contractors, vendors, and capital works projects across the site Work Health & Safety Leadership Lead the site WHS function, including risk management, hazard identification, and incident investigations Maintain WHS management systems, policies, and compliance frameworks Conduct audits, inspections, safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks Chair WHS committee meetings and drive corrective and preventative actions Site Services & Compliance Manage waste streams including clinical and biohazard waste, pest control, cleaning, and security services Ensure compliance with GMP, TGA, ISO, and WHS regulatory requirements Oversee facility budgets, supplier performance, and service contracts Support utilities continuity and critical infrastructure resiliene About You You are a hands-on Facilities, HSE, or Site Operations professional who thrives in regulated, high-compliance environments. You are confident working across WHS, infrastructure, and contractor management in operational settings.
