Key responsibilities Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role includes but is not limited to: Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions. Preparing payment runs. Handle supply queries and maintain relationships. Manual processing of high volume invoices. Review and reconcile supplier statements, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. Contribute to ongoing process improvement. Assist in reception duties and handle calls. Ideal candidate Experience as an Accounts Payable Officer. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Experience working with high-volume invoices.
