Develop and implement a best-in-class Aftermarket Sales model, combining direct and channel-led strategies. Lead and evolve the marketing function across brand, demand generation, and sales enablement. Define and execute global pricing strategies and product positioning to maximise margins and competitiveness. Own organisational design across the revenue function, including hiring, capability uplift, incentives, and performance management. Build scalable systems and infrastructure, including CRM, forecasting, and reporting frameworks. Drive seamless cross-functional collaboration to optimise customer experience and operational execution. Provide accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and commercial insights to support executive decision-making. Lead geographic expansion into new global markets, diversifying revenue streams and accelerating growth. Establish and embed repeatable processes to create a high-performance, globally scalable revenue engine. Skills & Experience Proven executive or senior leadership experience in revenue, sales, or commercial roles within mining, industrial, or capital equipment environments. Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and delivering growth in complex, technical B2B markets. Strong understanding of capital project sales cycles, alongside recurring aftermarket or service-based revenue models. Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies across international regions. Broad commercial leadership across sales, marketing, customer operations, and product management functions. Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to engage credibly with engineering and technical stakeholders. Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments. Advanced capability in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM implementation. Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills at executive level. Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a globally focused leadership role.
