Having established a strong presence across Australia, South America and Africa, the business is entering a significant growth phase with ambitious plans to quadruple revenue over the coming years. Significant investment is being made into local and international expansion, sales capability and market development, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global future. The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of the global sales function, leading an established team of local and international sales representatives while driving expansion into new markets. The role is based out of their Perth office in Bayswater, however exceptional candidates based in QLD or NSW will be considered. This is a leadership role, but not one that sits behind a desk. You'll have the opportunity to coach, mentor and support teams locally and remotely while also remaining actively involved in major opportunities, strategic customer relationships and market development initiatives. You'll inherit an established sales structure, CRM platform, international representatives and market intelligence, while being empowered to improve execution, strengthen capability and help shape the future direction of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the global sales strategy Manage, mentor and develop remote sales teams across multiple regions Drive accountability through KPIs, reporting disciplines and CRM excellence Support major opportunities and strategic customer relationships Identify and develop new international markets Lead regular sales planning, forecasting and performance reviews Improve sales processes, reporting accuracy and commercial execution About You We are looking for an experienced sales leader who has a strong track record building teams, developing markets and creating sustainable growth. Ideally, you will likely bring: Proven experience leading sales teams across multiple regions Strong exposure to mining, mining services, industrial equipment, capital equipment, hydraulics or related sectors Experience working with local and international mining companies Demonstrated success in business development, market expansion and strategic sales leadership Experience managing long and complex sales cycles A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front Most importantly, you'll be passionate about building teams, creating accountability and helping scale a business with significant global ambitions.
