Inner Melbourne | FMCG | Permanent Full Time An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading FMCG organisation, providing high-level support to the CEO while playing a pivotal role in the smooth running of the Executive Office. This is a varied position that combines traditional executive support with board coordination, office management, event planning and communication across local and international stakeholders. Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will be a trusted business partner, ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly while acting as the key point of coordination between executives, the Board and overseas shareholders. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive diary, inbox and travel management for the CEO Coordinating Executive Committee and Board meetings, including agendas, board papers, minutes and action registers Preparing presentations, reports and executive documentation Acting as a key liaison between the CEO, Executive team, Board members and international shareholders Coordinating domestic and international travel, site visits and executive itineraries Managing executive expenses, purchase orders and supplier coordination Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office, including facilities, office suppliers and new employee onboarding Coordinating leadership meetings, company events, executive offsites and internal communications Assisting with stakeholder communications, newsletters and company presentations.
