Kitchen Hand Market St Patisserie / Cafe - in Adelaide's iconic Central Market precinct - is seeking an enthusiastic person to fill the role of Kitchen Hand - joining our dedicated team. We are looking to engage a positive, motivated person with previous Kitchen Hand experience to work with the team to ensure that all products are delivered to the highest quality. Successful candidates will be experienced working in a fast-paced team focused environment, and it is essential you also have: Proven experience in back of house operations - including demonstrated use of a commercial dishwasher, receiving and putting away deliveries, and basic cleaning skills An eagerness to learn and are able to work under pressure A high level of personal presentation and communication skills The ability to prioritise and manage tasks Experience in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment and the ability to follow instructions Experience in preparing ingredients through washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning to support daily kitchen operations. The ability to collaborate with the Bakery & Cafe Leaders to support the team with additional tasks as required. The ability to uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times, in line with regulatory and company requirements.
