The Position As the Field Integration Support Officer, you will execute and coordinate the integration, validation, and deployment readiness of CEA systems within operational environments Key Responsibilities Support the integration and test of CEA systems. Produce accurate test reports and system documentation in line with Defence protocols. Working with other CEA Engineers to manage and execute the setup of appropriate network infrastructure prior to system deployment and within the fielded environment. Working proactively with other external stakeholders as the CEA SME for the set to work and support of systems in the fielded environment.Support system trials where required. Undertake in-house training and upskilling regarding CEA products and field support requirements. Minimum 10 years’ engineering experience with at least 5 in systems integration. Practical understanding of Ethernet/IP networking topology. Sound knowledge of military mission systems and C4I architectures. Experience with verification and validation (V&V) planning and execution. Familiarity with MBSE principles and structured systems engineering practices. Proven ability to lead small technical teams and mentor engineers. Ability to coordinate and operate effectively in high-readiness and remote deployment scenarios. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including technical briefings and reporting. Ability to work within a team-focused complex technical environment. Additional tasks and responsibilities as directed.
