Your new role As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of the organisation's IT systems and end-user devices. Key responsibilities include: Providing first-line support across hardware, software, and network issues Managing user onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end Administering Microsoft 365 environments (users, groups, permissions, SharePoint, Teams) Supporting server and network operations, including VPN access and backup monitoring Maintaining IT assets, including procurement, configuration, and life cycle management Ensuring adherence to security protocols such as MFA and password management tools Delivering excellent user communication and support, with a strong service focus Maintaining accurate IT documentation and knowledge base materials What you'll need to succeed 1-2 years' experience in an IT support or helpdesk role Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration Working knowledge of Windows environments, servers, and remote desktop tools Exposure to VPNs and basic network troubleshooting Experience with device setup (laptops, mobiles, peripherals) Familiarity with MFA and password management tools Strong attention to detail and record-keeping Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users A proactive, customer-first mindset with the ability to prioritise workload Desirable: Relevant IT qualification (Cert III or IV) Experience in property, construction, or similar industries What you'll get in return Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment Exposure to a broad IT landscape across infrastructure, systems, and end-user support Hands-on role with variety and responsibility Competitive remuneration aligned to experience Ongoing development and the chance to build your technical skill set Up to $80,000 super (dependent on experience) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
