Select Staffing are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our clients team located close to Midland, Perth. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your accounts/Admin skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our clients are a leading and rapidly growing family owned construction company. What you'll be doing Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers Bank reconciliations and financial reporting Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Adhering to financial policies and procedures Invoicing Payroll for 13 members of staff MYOB software Onboarding new employees Weekly subcontractor entry and preparation EOM statement cross checking Monitoring of Insurances (adding and removing plant/vehicles as required) My leave/LSL submission Admin duties Mobilisation to site (SWMS, Plant Risk Assessments, SDS etc preparation) Client portal updates General admin duties (office supplies, seek adds etc) Vehicle and plant servicing and support to workshop Plant compliance with quarterly inspections and annual inspections Testing, tagging and lifting register quarterly compliance HR, ensure tickets are up to date for all employees and subcontractors Concrete docket and test result distribution to clients Preparation of site plans on commencement of new projects Scheduling of employees for the next days' work, liaising with directors/supervisors onsite Other admin duties as required What we're looking for Relevant experience in accounts officer/administrator role Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data Proficient in using MYOB and MS Office suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills Must have valid Australian work rights What we offer Our clients value their employees and offer a range of benefits, including: A salary of between $80,000 to $95,000 Super Full - time hours Monday to Friday Supportive environment Be part of a small and friendly team Exciting and successful company Diverse and varied duties Low staff turnover team Family owned company About us Select Staffing is a leading provider of recruitment and staffing solutions in Australia.
