Reporting to the CFO, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable while helping bring finance processes in-house. Description Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations. Supporting month-end finance administration Assisting with industry-specific billing processes (training provided) Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving efficiencies Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes. Respond to financial queries and provide support. Profile Previous experience as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager, Finance Officer or similar position. Strong AP, AR and reconciliation experience Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Curious, proactive and solutions-focused Comfortable suggesting improvements and challenging existing processes Experience within a corporate, technology or professional services environment will be highly regarded Job Offer Competitive remuneration.
