The Role — What You’ll Shape As our Safeguarding, Complaints & Client Safety Lead, you will lead the systems that protect people, strengthen accountability, and build trust. You Will Lead safeguarding frameworks, policies, and assurance systems that protect client rights and wellbeing & o versee complaints management, ensuring concerns are handled fairly, respectfully, and transparently Drive client safety oversight, including incidents, escalation, and organisational response & s trengthen governance, risk, and assurance, ensuring compliance and proactive oversight Translate insights from complaints, incidents, and risks into real, systemic improvement & build capability across teams to embed trauma-informed, rights-based practice This is not a reactive role.
