24th June, 2026 Our client is working on a major waste disposal facility in Eton, just outside of Mackay. Due to increased demand, they are looking for additional machine operators to start ASAP! Civil/Landfill Operators $52 flate rate Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 5:00pm Saturday: 6:30am - 3:30pm (Occasional) The Role: This position will see you operating an excavator (Bulk earthworks, trenching, landfill construction, loading trucks), watercart or Morooka for the handling of waste and/or onsite civil construction. Key Responsibilities: [Watercart Operator] Dust suppression during civil construction, haul road maintenance and general site support. [Excavator Operator] Bulk earthworks such as trenching and drainage works, landfill construction activities and loading Morookas. [Morooka Operators] Operation of tracked dump truck - transporting clay, aggregate and construction materials around the landfill and civil sites.
