We are currently seeking professional and reliable NV1 Cleared Security Officers to join our team at Canberra. About the Role As a NV1 Cleared Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties. Positions available: 2 x Full-Time Positions Pay Award Level 5 allowances and paid parking Shifts: days/nights 12hr shifts, 4 on 4 off rotation Key Responsibilities Manage the arrival and departure of personnel on site Maintain visitor and contractor logs Issue access control passes, including visitor passes, as required Access historical CCTV footage when requested by the Security team Provide a professional and approachable security presence Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures Adhere to all site and company security protocols Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A valid Security Licence Must have an NV1 Clearance You must be able to successfully pass an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) Ability to work a mix of day/night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rotation Current First Aid and CPR certification Ability to work independently and follow procedures Strong attention to detail A reliable and punctual work history Veterans encouraged to Apply What We Offer Employment with a well-established national organisation Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Career progression within the Millennium Services Group Industry award rates Millennium Services Group is an equal opportunity employer.
