The Opportunity We're looking for a hands‑on Branch Manager to lead the day‑to‑day running of the Max Stocks Warehouse in Townsville. This is a small, close‑knit operation – you'll mentor and develop a lean team, manage the warehouse and delivery drivers, and step onto the floor yourself when needed. Sales is managed separately by the Sales Manager and State Manager based in Cairns, so this role is squarely about operational leadership – keeping the warehouse running smoothly, the team supported, and customers looked after.
