Your opportunity As a Senior Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and elevating ECH’s brand during an exciting period of growth and transformation. You’ll make an impact by: Leading the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels Using CRM insights, data and analytics to inform targeting, optimise performance and improve ROI Developing initiatives that increase client acquisition, engagement and service utilisation Partnering closely with sales, clinical and internal teams to translate insights into effective campaigns Managing agency and partner relationships to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused activity What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications A degree in marketing or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in brand or campaign management with a strong performance focus Experience using CRM systems and campaign data to drive insights and decision making Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and measure effectiveness Knowledge of In-Design or Canva Current National Police Check We would also love you to bring: Strong commercial acumen with a focus on ROI and outcomes Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across teams Experience working with agencies and cross-functional partners A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience in aged care or a related sector (highly regarded) We want you to be MORE with us.
