About the Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Support at Home team across the North-West Metro (including Macedon Ranges, Bacchus Marsh & Sunbury). You will support clients in their own homes with: Personal care Domestic assistance Social support and community access Transport to appointments Flexible shifts available-Minimum availability of 3 days per week required.
