About the Role At Nando’s, we’re looking for energetic, customer‑centric individuals to join our front‑of‑house team. No prior experience is required – just a passion for people and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service. Prepare and cook PERi‑PERi food items on the grill. Assist with food service, ensuring high‑quality standards and a safe cooking environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Support teammates, including helping new staff learn procedures. Requirements Must be 16 years old and legally authorised to work in Australia or New Zealand. Open to learning, teamwork and living our core values: Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity and Family. Depending on location, 18 staff may need RSA or similar alcohol‑service certification.
