Minimum requirement A valid driver’s license (Manual and/Automatic). Experience of at least 1 year as a delivery driver or in similar role Strong understanding of road safety and traffic regulations Ability to lift and move heavy items safely Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is preferred. Roles and Responsibilities Pick up goods, supplies, and products from various vendors and suppliers. Safely transport supplies to the Warehouse or Delivery Facilities. Ensure timely deliveries in accordance with scheduled routes and vendor agreements. Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition. Load and unload products, ensuring they are handled correctly to prevent damage. Keep accurate delivery logs and records of goods delivered. Communicate with vendors and internal staff to confirm delivery schedules and requirements. Report any delivery issues, discrepancies, or vehicle problems to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle Skills & Qualities Required: Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Strong attention to detail and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules. Ability to lift and handle goods of varying sizes and weights. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing delivery needs. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
