West-Perth located engineering company seeking experience Mobilisation Officer Your new role As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting high-volume workforce mobilisation across multiple projects. You will manage end-to-end mobilisation processes, ensuring personnel are compliant, scheduled, and ready for deployment in line with project timelines. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating large-scale mobilisation and demobilisation activities Managing travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and site arrivals Ensuring all personnel meet compliance requirements (tickets, medicals, inductions) Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external providers to meet mobilisation schedules Maintaining accurate records across mobilisation systems and trackers Supporting ongoing workforce planning in a fast-paced project environment This is a high-volume, detail-driven role requiring strong organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, or high-volume onboarding (ideally within mining, oil & gas, or construction) Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Experience using mobilisation or HR systems (e.g., ERMS, SuccessFactors, INX or similar) Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure A proactive and solutions-focused approach Exposure to WA-based projects or FIFO environments will be highly regarded.
