As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to: · Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies . · Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and food standards. · Plan and organise kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning, and plating. · Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes. · Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food supplies as required. · Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment, complying with food safety regulations. · Train and supervise kitchen staff and apprentices to ensure kitchen efficiency. · Contribute to menu development and cost-effective planning. Skills and Experience · 1–2 years of experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen or hospitality setting. · Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and handling procedures. · Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent teamwork, time management, and organisational skills.
