Responsibilities : To support our clients to set and achieve their personal goals in a caring and empathetic environment whilst adhering to NDIS Codes, Policies and Procedures We provide support to our clients in Home and Community settings such as Meal prep, cooking, cleaning and general home duties Personal care/ showering / toileting Assist with Medications and health care needs Transporting to appointments and community outings Assisting and supporting with activities You will have: A supportive and empathetic nature, be flexible, great communication skills and a passion to support our clients in achieving their goals. The ability to clearly document case notes and work within the company and NDIS policy and procedure. Be able to problem solve and think outside the square. Experience supporting people living with Autism, Seizure management, modified diets, lifter or hoists and electric wheelchairs.
