The Tanami Expansion 2 project, aims to extend the mine life beyond 2040, investing in a hoisting shaft which will increase the production of the underground mine from 2.6 Mtpa to 3.2 Mtpa. Job description: Your Impact Reporting to the Director, Digital, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of digital infrastructure across Newmont Tanami. You will lead digital operations across technology systems to ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability, enabling safe, reliable, and high-performing operations. Your work will directly support business continuity, operational efficiency, and future growth by aligning technology systems to Newmont's strategic objectives. As a trusted advisor to site leaders, you will translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions while championing continuous improvement, cybersecurity, and innovation, and leading a high-performing technical team in a complex mining environment.
