About the role: You will be responsible for overseeing the club’s day-to-day operations inclusive of Functions, TAB/Keno, F&B and gaming management. You will ensure employee productivity and accountability and lead our team to success while ensuring we deliver the highest standard of customer service. You will maintain the club’s safety, efficiency and compliance processes as a priority to ensure our members and guests’ experiences are of an exceptional standard. You will be innovative, mentor and inspire our team and implement new ideas. You will provide insights and operational support to the General Manager. What is required? Essential skills and capabilities: A working understanding of all aspects of club operations Proven team management and leadership experience in a similar role A strong customer service focus Competency in managing and monitoring gaming, F&B products and systems: TAB, Keno, POS, etc. RSA, RCG certification RMLV and Approved Managers License Ability to work nights and weekends Strong organizational and time management skills Intermediate computer skills (excel and Microsoft office suite) Strong problem solving skills Be reliable and honest Why Join Us?
