This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of civil construction projects. About the RoleWorking alongside our Project Managers and Finance Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of civil construction projects. You'll help manage project documentation, reporting, supplier invoicing and tender administration while ensuring projects remain organised, accurate and on track from commencement through to completion.This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to become an integral part of our business and contribute to improving project systems and processes. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare regular reports, including fuel, plant utilisation and workshop reports.Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate project cost records.Provide administrative support to the Project Managers and Finance Manager.Prepare project cost reports and assist with project financial administration using Varicon.Assist with tender preparation and project setup documentation.Maintain project documentation, registers and electronic filing systems.Monitor project milestones, including practical completion and defects liability periods.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and distribute action items.Maintain company registers, inventories and administrative records.Support continuous improvement of project administration systems and processes. About YouYou'll be highly organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail and can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.To be successful you'll ideally have:Previous experience in a Project Administration or an administrative role.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.Excellent organisational and time management skills.High attention to detail and strong data entry skills.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience using Varicon, MYOB or similar project management/accounting software (highly regarded).Experience within the civil construction industry (highly regarded).
