As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Machinist / CNC Operator to join our close-knit team. About the Role This is a hands-on position working across both manual lathes, milling machines and CNC equipment , manufacturing and repairing a wide range of components to a high standard. You'll be trusted to work independently, read engineering drawings and contribute to the ongoing success of our workshop. No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects using modern equipment alongside an experienced team that values quality workmanship and attention to detail. Essential Requirements Experience operating manual lathes, milling machines and general machining equipment. Experience operating CNC lathes and milling machines. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Able to work independently and produce high-quality workmanship. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual and safety focused. Own trade tools. Willing to work reasonable overtime when required. Desirable Skills CNC programming experience. Robotic machine programming. Basic drafting experience. Perth metropolitan resident.
