We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Hands and Tractor Operators to join our friendly team, with positions available at our bareroot nursery at Yellingbo and retail dispatch site in Silvan . Whether you're an experienced farm worker, school leaver, or simply someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, we'd love to hear from you. Please note: We are currently unable to accept Working Holiday Visa holders, as these positions are permanent full-time roles About the Role No two days are the same at Graham's Factree. You will be involved in a variety of nursery and farm operations throughout the year, helping us produce quality fruit trees for growers across Australia. No experience is necessary – just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Full training is provided by our experienced management team. Your duties may include and not limited to: Budding and grafting Tree cultivation and maintenance Planting and propagation Irrigation installation and maintenance Weeding and general farm upkeep Loading trucks and preparing orders for dispatch Tractor operations General nursery and orchard tasks What We're Looking For We're seeking people who are: Reliable, hardworking and motivated Physically fit and capable of outdoor work in all weather conditions Positive team players with a good sense of humour Eager to learn new skills and develop their career Applicants with HR or MC licences are also encouraged to apply, as opportunities may exist in other areas of our business.
