Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, you will oversee the IT function, lead a small support team and partner with senior leaders across the business to ensure technology supports organisational goals. What you'll be doing Leading and mentoring a small internal IT support team Managing infrastructure, networks, servers, security and business-critical applications Providing oversight of Microsoft environments, SQL Server and business systems Maintaining vendor and technology partner relationships Driving cyber security, risk management and disaster recovery initiatives Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery Developing technology roadmaps and advising senior stakeholders on future investment priorities Supporting ERP and business application environments Ensuring IT services remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose What we're looking for We're seeking a well-rounded IT Manager who can confidently operate across infrastructure, applications, people leadership and business engagement. You will ideally bring: Experience managing enterprise IT environments and support functions Broad knowledge of networking, servers, cloud technologies, security and business systems Experience supporting ERP, CRM or other critical business applications Strong stakeholder management and communication skills The ability to influence, consult and build trusted relationships across the business Experience developing technology improvement plans and delivering change initiatives Knowledge of cyber security, business continuity and disaster recovery practices A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness Why apply?
