WAITER SUPERVISOR Job Overview: As a Waiter Supervisor, you will oversee front-of-house service, lead the team, and ensure excellent guest experiences during each shift. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support front-of-house staff. Manage daily operations and rosters. Train new team members and uphold service standards. Address and resolve customer issues promptly. Requirements: Experience in hospitality supervision or team leadership. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Availability for weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
