Spring Bean is a busy espresso bar in Tolga on the Atherton Tablelands. We're looking for a great barista to join the team long-term — this is a genuine, year-round role with consistent hours, not a short-term fill-in. Mornings move fast here. We need someone who can make great coffee and stay calm and steady when there's a queue out the door. We're a team that communicates, works hard, and has a laugh along the way — but we don't stand around when there's work to do. About the role: 33 hours per week Rotating Saturday shifts, closed Sundays Shifts between 5:15am and 2:30pm Coffee-making, customer service, cleaning, light kitchen prep Barista experience preferred What we offer: Genuine long-term employment — minimum 6 months (not suitable for 88-day visa workers) Consistent year-round hours — no off-season cuts Paid under the Restaurant Industry Award Before you apply: We're based in Tolga on the Tablelands with early starts from 5:15am.
