C-130J Loadmaster Instructor NSW, Richmond Service Delivery 19480BR About us: C-130J Loadmaster Instructor | Richmond, NSW The Role Operate as a C-130J Loadmaster Instructor conducting any/all ground-based syllabus activities. You will be conducting C-130J Learning Management Package (LMP) events including ground school activities and training device (simulator) instruction. The instructor will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relation to Loadmaster duties and operations and will be able to provide applicable courseware and instructor guide material development support. Your responsibilities will include: Apply C-130J and Military Aircrew SME knowledge and advanced technical principles, techniques, theories and concepts to solutions, practice and training. Review flying literature, safety reports and Service publications for updated information to be incorporated where appropriate. Participate in Safety Investigation Board (SIB), Accident Investigation board (AIB), and Flying Evaluation Board (FEB) proceedings as directed. Conduct evaluations to assess student’s competency Provide targeted feedback and remedial instruction to students to ensure they meet the required operational standards About you: Essential Previously qualified as an Australian Defence Force (ADF) Loadmaster (LM) and Loadmaster Instructor (LMI), in accordance with applicable ADF standing instructions and qualifications Extensive Military (ADF) airborne Loadmaster Instructor experience Extensive knowledge of ADF loadmaster/aircrew training qualifications and currency requirements Exceptional communication, presentation and facilitation skills Desirable Previous C-17, C-27J or C-130J Loadmaster experience Previous airborne instructional experience on military aircraft with more than 300 hours of flying instructional experience Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
