As a Contract Administrator at Ebcon, you will be responsible for administering contracts, procurement activities and project documentation across civil construction and maintenance projects. This position requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities and Tasks: Prepare, review and administer construction contracts, subcontract agreements and supplier contracts for civil works, maintenance and infrastructure projects. Interpret project specifications, tender documents and contractual requirements to ensure project compliance and successful delivery outcomes. Monitor contract performance, project budgets, variations and progress claims to maintain financial control across projects. Assess and process subcontractor payment claims, invoices and variation requests in accordance with contractual obligations. Coordinate procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, negotiating terms and managing supplier documentation. Maintain accurate contract records, project correspondence and compliance documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Identify contractual risks, delays and potential disputes, and provide recommendations to management on mitigation strategies. Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, clients, councils and subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations are met. Assist with project cost reporting, forecasting and budget tracking to support commercial decision-making. Ensure all contract administration activities comply with relevant legislation, industry standards and Work Health and Safety requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. Minimum 1 year experience as a Contract Administrator. Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement and project documentation processes. Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
