About the Role We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Group Financial Planning & Analysis team at DBG Health. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis across our diverse portfolio, as part of our broader Pharmaceuticals business. Working closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll provide meaningful financial insights, improve reporting capabilities and support strategic decision-making across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, leading process improvements and leveraging data to drive commercial outcomes. Role & Responsibilities Deliver monthly management reporting, KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis to support strategic business decisions. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, People, Legal and other corporate functions to provide financial insights and support key business initiatives. Analyse large and complex datasets, translating financial and operational information into clear, actionable commercial recommendations. Support Board and Executive reporting, performance reviews, business cases and ad hoc financial analysis. Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, reporting automation and implementation of new planning and reporting systems. Coordinate FP&A activities, support project delivery and contribute to the ongoing development of financial planning processes across the Group. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering within a large, complex organisation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to interpret large, complex datasets into meaningful business insights Experience with BI tools and financial planning systems will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification. Strong commercial acumen with proven experience delivering budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis. Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions and senior leadership teams. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and experience supporting process automation and reporting enhancements.
