The Opportunity We're seeking a strategic and commercially focused Senior People & Culture Business Partner to partner with regional leaders to drive engagement, culture and performance. In this role, you'll provide pragmatic HR and employee relations advice, balancing employee experience with compliance and business outcomes. A key focus is coaching frontline leaders to build capability in performance management, conduct and change leadership. Using data-driven insights, you'll identify risks, influence decision-making and deliver targeted people initiatives that improve operational outcomes, safety and client satisfaction. You'll champion a people-first culture and embed consistent, high-impact people practices across operations.
