The Role
We're looking for someone who is just as comfortable behind the bar as they are on the floor. You'll love talking to guests, recommending food and wine, making quality drinks and working as part of a team that genuinely has each other's backs.
Cocktail experience is highly regarded, but attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn are even more important. We can teach skills. We can't teach passion for hospitality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
- Execute our sequence of service while creating memorable guest experiences.
- Build strong menu knowledge and confidently recommend dishes, wines and beverage pairings.
- Accurately communicate dietary requirements and allergens.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service.
- Prepare garnishes, syrups, batching and other bar preparations to specification.
- Complete opening and closing procedures to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively across both the bar and floor, supporting the team wherever needed.
- Maintain venue presentation and cleanliness throughout every shift.
- Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system.
- Continue developing your knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits and modern Vietnamese cuisine.
