Firebird in Prahran, the newest, more FIREY and slightly refined sister of the OG Hanoi Hannah is on the hunt for gun waiters/bartenders to join their tight knit team!

The right person for this role will have…

The ability to be a part of a highly engaged and positive team Culture
Hands on approach training and work
At least 1 + years' experience in a restaurant environment
Wine and beverage knowledge desirable but not mandatory
Exceptional communication skills with employees and customers
Positive, professional and positive disposition towards work
