Our client is a large and growing organisation operating within the property sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their high-performing finance team and take responsibility for a portfolio of properties. Key responsibilities include : Preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements and analysing variances against budget and forecast. Managing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting. Partnering with operational managers to review financial performance and support decision-making. Assisting with annual budgets and periodic forecasting processes. Preparing quarterly and annual reporting packs for property owners and key stakeholders. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) Strong month-end experience including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with non-finance stakeholders What's on Offer?
