Based at our Support Office in Eagle Farm and reporting to our Financial Controller, this role plays a key part in delivering meaningful financial insights that support operational performance across the business.In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide timely reporting, analysis and recommendations that drive performance against key financial and operational KPIs. You’ll also contribute to improving processes, enhancing reporting tools and supporting key projects that enable better business decisions.Key responsibilities include:Delivering daily, weekly and periodic sales reporting, providing actionable insights to support business performanceReconciling sales data and maintaining data integrity across systemsSupporting budgeting, forecasting and quarterly store target processesAssisting with inventory reporting to identify risks and opportunitiesContributing to monthly Board reporting and ad hoc financial analysisDeveloping and enhancing dashboards (including Power BI) to improve visibility and decision-makingSupporting business case development for new stores and strategic initiativesPartnering with operational teams to provide commercial insights and recommendationsIdentifying and implementing process improvements across finance and reporting functionsWhat we’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’re commercially curious, enjoy solving problems and have a strong ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive outcomes.
