The work is physical, varied and day-to-day includes: Dewatering operations - managing pumps, sumps and flight pumps to maintain safe water levels underground Pipe installation, maintenance and repairs as required across the operation Operate underground equipment including boggers, excavators and rock breakers Supporting shutdown activities - planned and unplanned - as part of the wider ops team Conducting pre-starts, routine checks and reporting any faults or hazards immediately Working collaboratively with other crews to keep the operation running safely and on schedule The Company & Site A major, well-established underground hard rock operation in North QLD run by one of the most recognised names in Australian mining.
