What You’ll Be Doing As a Heavy Machinery Driver/Operator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining safety, performance, and operational excellence while supporting real-world vehicle testing and field operations. Your Day-to-Day Includes: ✅ Operating 40-ton articulated haul trucks, excavators, bulldozers, and Ford Raptors ✅ Conducting pre-trip/post-trip inspections and completing DVIRs ✅ Identifying and reporting maintenance or performance concerns ✅ Supporting hardware and software testing activities ✅ Providing detailed operational feedback to engineering teams ✅ Maintaining strict safety and compliance standards ✅ Assisting with field operations and occasional travel (up to 5%) What We’re Looking For We’re seeking dependable, safety-focused operators who take pride in their work and are excited to be part of innovative mining and vehicle technology projects. Preferred Qualifications: ✔ 5 years of verified heavy machinery operating experience ✔ Comfortable operating and reversing 20-ton vehicles for extended periods ✔ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness ✔ Professional communication and teamwork skills ✔ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions ✔ Interest in advanced driver-assistance or autonomous vehicle technology ✔ CDL/commercial license preferred (not required) Driving & Safety Requirements: Clean driving history No serious violations within the past 5 years No DUI/DWI/reckless driving convictions within 10 years No preventable accidents within 3 years Ability to pass a background check and road test Why Join?
