The banking litigation and insolvency team is well recognised in the market, regularly advising major financial institutions and insolvency practitioners on complex lending and nonlending loss matters, secured recoveries and restructuring matters across multiple jurisdictions. Your new role An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the firms Sydney litigation practice, working primarily within the banking litigation and insolvency team.The role involves close collaboration with multiple partners on a broad and engaging mix of matters, including secured recoveries, nonlending loss disputes and complex insolvency proceedings. The successful candidate will enjoy a balance of autonomy on certain matters while contributing to larger, highprofile disputes.Work spans State, Federal and appellate jurisdictions, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues nationally. The team regularly advises voluntary administrators, receivers, liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy, and secured and unsecured creditors throughout all stages of the insolvency and restructuring process.
