Key Responsibilities Managing complex family law matters with minimal supervision Advising clients on nonlitigious pathways, including collaborative and negotiated outcomes Running files endtoend with a focus on quality, strategy and client care Contributing to mentoring and development of junior lawyers as appropriate Working collaboratively with colleagues across offices What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have: 5 years postadmission experience in family lawStrong technical capability paired with excellent judgment and empathyA genuine interest in resolutionfocused practiceConfidence managing files independentlyAlignment with a valuesdriven, wellbeingfocused cultureCultural fit and values alignment are critical.
