Key Responsibilities Drive Strategic Growth : Manage key healthcare accounts by delivering tailored portfolio and relationship plans that align with SEEK’s strategic goals. Industry Expertise : Develop deep insights into the healthcare sector’s recruitment challenges and share market intelligence to shape SEEK’s offerings. Client Engagement : Strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across NSW's public, private, aged care, and disability sectors. Sales & Revenue Leadership : Lead contract negotiations and drive revenue growth by positioning SEEK as a trusted strategic partner. Product Adoption & Performance : Champion SEEK’s product suite, ensuring effective implementation and performance across client portfolios. Collaborative Innovation : Partner with internal teams to deliver training, thought leadership events, and proactive client engagement initiatives. The Team The Healthcare Team managers SEEK’s National Health & Social Care clients within the Public Health, Private Health, Aged Care and Disability Care segments of the broader Healthcare Employment Marketplace. The Healthcare team works collaboratively with Government, Corporate, CSM, CS, Marketing & GTM Teams.
