We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team. You will manage contracts while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements. Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage head contracts, subcontracts, and supply agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. Administer contract variations, extensions of time, and progress claims, and track all correspondence and approvals. Manage contractual records and registers, ensuring all variations, delays, and site instructions are accurately maintained Accurately interpret and apply knowledge of contractual conditions to support implementation of projects. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate contract terms and resolve contractual issues to maintain positive working relationships. Ensure all contract documentation-including drawings, specifications, and safety records-is current, accurate, and properly archived. Identify contractual risks, delays and potential disputes, and provide recommendations to on mitigation strategies. Qualification and Skills: Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline is highly preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and superb organisational skills
