Responsibilities Responding to customer enquiries and assisting with product information Processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers Picking, packing and dispatching orders Receiving and checking incoming stock Assisting with inventory control and stock management Supporting internal sales activities and providing product solutions Maintaining an organised, safe and efficient warehouse environment Working closely with a friendly and supportive team to ensure exceptional customer service Your Profile A positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills A willingness to be hands-on and involved in warehouse operations Reliable, motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and organisational skills Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, warehouse, retail, trade, or logistics environments will be highly regarded Forklift licence advantageous, but not essential What's In It For You?
